Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how International Hair Cosmetics Group Pty Limited, ABN 84 657 769 661 ("we", "us" or "our") ships orders placed through www.affinage.com.au (the "Site"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with them. This policy may be amended from time to time without express notice to you.
We primarily supply trade and wholesale customers. Where you hold a trade account with us, the shipping arrangements in your account or supply agreement apply and prevail over this policy to the extent of any inconsistency. Promotional shipping rates on the Site do not apply to trade and wholesale customer accounts and orders. We may review, update or discontinue promotional shipping rates at any time without notice.
Where we ship
Australia-wide. We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or freight forwarders. International and bulk freight orders are quoted on request.
Shipping costs
Unless promotional shipping rates are advertised on the Site, these costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service selected and shown before you confirm payment. Trade account customers are charged in accordance with their account terms.
Current promotional shipping rate available for Site users:

$1.99 standard shipping charge for orders under $35 delivered within Australia,

free standard shipping for online orders over $35 delivered within Australia,

flat fee of $7.99 applies for express deliveries within Australia, and,
-
not available for distributors, other wholesale customers or in conjunction with other promotional discounts or pricing.
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 (Queensland) business days of cleared payment. Trade orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are generally dispatched the same day, subject to stock and credit clearance. Processing may take longer during sale periods, new product launches and peak periods (such as Christmas).
4. Delivery times
Estimated transit times after dispatch:

Standard (Australia): 3-7 business days

Express (Australia): 1-3 business days

International: 7-21 business days, depending on destination
These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs processing (for international orders) and remote-area deliveries.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel with the carrier.
Title and risk
Risk in the goods passes on dispatch. For trade accounts, title passes in accordance with the retention-of-title terms in your supply agreement; otherwise, title passes on dispatch. If you select "authority to leave", you accept the risk of loss or damage once the parcel is left at the address.
Receipt, shortages and damage
Inspect deliveries on receipt. Any shortage, transit damage or incorrect item must be reported to orders@affinage.com.au within 3 days of delivery, with your order/invoice number and photos. Claims outside this window may not be accepted by our carrier, though this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (where they apply).
Lost parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at orders@affinage.com.au with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. Confirmed losses are replaced or refunded.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Redelivery may incur additional freight charges.
Consumer customers
The Australian Consumer Law does not apply to goods acquired for re-supply or for use in production, manufacture, repair or treatment of other goods. Where you are purchasing as a consumer (not for re-supply or trade use), nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or our Returns and Refund Policy.
