National Technical Education Manager

Sarah has over 19 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, including the wholesale sector where she was awarded SA Sales Representative of the Year on two occasions. Sarah has also been awarded Educator of the Year for Affinage Professional and completed her Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Joining the Affinage Professional team in 2015, Sarah is committed to providing the highest quality service and support for Affinage salons and hairdressers. She believes that continuing education in the hair industry is a vital key to success.

Andrew Cruickshank -

Andrew Cruickshank

Technical Educator - VIC

Andrew comes with extensive experience in a variety of salon and education roles both in Australia and the UK, bringing a unique and interactive training methodology that aims to inspire and motivate hairstylists.

His technical understanding is second to none, allowing a seamless fusion of trend and science based training sessions. You’ll leave with a solid understanding of the foundation skills that make a great hairdresser, as well as insight into the latest trends to use in salon.

Technical Educator - QLD

Kylie has been in the hairdressing industry since she was 16 years old, beginning her work in education in her early 20s training apprentices, full time and international students through the TAFE system. Her real passion for education came from seeing students excel at their profession. 

Kylie has been lucky enough to work with many brands in technical and business development roles. She has had the opportunity to travel, learn, present and develop her skills not only as a colour technician but as an educator. 

Now living in Queensland with her daughter and husband, she is excited to share her knowledge and skills to help others grow in their careers. 

Erica Seisun -

Erica Seisun

Technical Educator - WA

Based in Western Australia, Erica has been in the hair and beauty industry for more than 24 years. In her time as owner operator of three highly successful salons, Erica thoroughly enjoyed mentoring and training her team and this is where her love for education began. 

Erica now moves into a role where her passion for helping others and sharing her wealth of knowledge is best utilised. She believes that continuous education is the key to achieving success in hairdressing and her love for the industry is what drives her.
